Upland American Little League Code of Conduct The Upland American Little League Constitution Article II states, 'the objective of the League shall be to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideas of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and the respect for authority, so they may be well adjusted, stronger, and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy, and trustworthy citizens.' In order to enable our Little League players to achieve these goals, managers, coaches, and parents are expected to lead by example and share a great deal of the responsibility by demonstrating their behavior, sportsmanship, and fair play in a positive manner. Therefore, the Board of Directors of Upland American Little League has mandated the following Code of Conduct. All board memebers, managers, coaches, and parents should read, understand, and follow this Code. |
